Carbotecnia successfully passes the audit for the international re-certification of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality system. The company got "zero non-conformities" in the transition from the previous ISO 9001: 2008 standard. One more year, it is demonstrated the maintenance of the highest standards in design, formulation, manufacture, and commercialization of special fertilizers.
ISO 9000 is a set of rules about quality and management, established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It specifies the way an organization manages its quality standards, rigor in designing new formulations with strict protocols and their further validation, manufacturing, delivery times and service levels. CARBOTECNIA has successfully overcome its audit for the tenth re-certification in succession of the ISO 9001 quality system with the prestigious certification agency BUREAU VERITAS.
Carbotecnia had ISO 9001:2008 certification to date, but on July 23, 2018, Bureau Veritas approved the transition granting the ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
The most recent ISO 9001:2015 standard includes some variations compared to ISO 9001:2008: customer focus; increasing the demand in the control of products and processes through the identification and management of risks and opportunities, resulting from the contextualization of the organization, which leads to Multiple Actions for the continuous improvement of the QMS (Quality Management System). For that, CARBOTECNIA has the maximum involvement of the management whose quality policy is based on compliance with and overcoming the requirements of the customer and the interested parties in the process (suppliers, public administrations, etc.), always within the legal framework.
CARBOTECNIA's daily commitment to improve and grow is based on the company's challenge to offer the best product and service to its customers, gaining their trust and offering the technical support required to optimize the benefit of their crops, with the utmost respect for its business and environment.
