“The improvement of the quality of the services and the normative compliance is the basis of the development of our work towards the partners. But it is not enough just to say it, we must also prove it"
In Carbotecnia we have ISO 9001: 2008 certification by Bureau Veritas.
ISO 9000 is a set of standards on quality and management established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Specifies how an organization manages its standards for:
· Quality Control in raw materials and finished product following a model of traceability plan.
· Rigorousness in the design of new formulations with strict protocols and its later validation.
· Manufacturing processes.
· Delivery times in commercialization.
· Service levels
· Normative compliance
Carbotecnia had ISO 9001:2008 certification to date, but on July 23, 2018, Bureau Veritas approved the transition granting the ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
The most recent ISO 9001:2015 standard includes some variations compared to ISO 9001:2008: customer focus; increasing the demand in the control of products and processes through the identification and management of risks and opportunities, resulting from the contextualization of the organization, which leads to Multiple Actions for the continuous improvement of the QMS (Quality Management System). For that, CARBOTECNIA has the maximum involvement of the management whose quality policy is based on compliance with and overcoming the requirements of the customer and the interested parties in the process (suppliers, public administrations, etc.), always within the legal framework.
